She went somewhere with no goals in mind, and the trip became pointless. A few days breaking the mold in her own home would have served her better to gain perspective on her life.
I'm reminded by this card that ruts are easy to make and difficult to get out of. A week sleeping in a different room, eating at a different place at the table, sitting in a different chair when relaxing, moving to a different desk when working, drive a different route, move the furniture in a couple of rooms...all these tiny changes can reawaken the sleeping you inside and the distance traveled mentally can be enormous.
