Daily Draw: Shakespearian Tarot ~ Magician
A comedy of chaos and madness, the Tempest offers Prospero, who has exiled himself to a island, a chance to get his own back. Who is on whose side? Whose side will they be on tomorrow?
Yes, it's just a story. But if Prospero was a dealer in magic, why did he allow himself to be booted out of the kingdom and his rightful throne? Life is not a story, but I often wonder the same thing...why do people actually allow some of the stuff that happens to them? Anyone can be a magician, it is the true magic of a keeping our personal power instead of giving it away.
"What lies in our power to do, it lies in our power not to do." ~ Aristotle 384 BC -322 BC
