This type of 5 came up in the Xultan Tarot also, same type of civilization, you did your part or you perished, no social welfare support system. I think this may be an olive tree? Food of course, but also pressed oil for light and cooking and beauty emollients, and as trade fodder. Olives from the same tree can be processed at the green stage, black stage, and over-ripe or damaged, but the fruit is too bitter to be eaten unprocessed. There is even an anti-cancer agent from the tree wood now.
I'm reminded by this card life is much like the olive, nothing without some input/pressing from us, but it is everything when we put thought, effort, and labor into it. I'm pressing a few olives of my own today.
