Junk Drawer Inventions

Daily Draw: Mythic Tarot ~ 2 of Coins

Daedalus, with a lively open mind, has invented the saw and the ax; when he sees a need he doesn't complain, he figures out how to fill it. Ever said 'why didn't I think of that'? Daedalus did.

I'm reminded while all of us can't be inventors of needed things we can be quite clever and inventive when we need something that isn't at hand. Can anyone say duct tape? Junk drawer, source of odd fixments. A good kick. All two of coins work-arounds.

"no great discovery was ever made without a bold guess." ~ Isaac Newton 1642-1727

  1. Focus on a solution (or at least a positive action) rather than the problem seems to be a message of the day! :)
