But Mom, Everyone Is Doing It

Daily Draw: Oracle of the Radiant Sun ~ Convention

Venus in Capricorn in the 10th House
Conservative relationships
Choosey in friends
Conventional in life

A fly on the lightbulb like me sometimes covets that life. Not often though. As a square peg it would be claustrophobic in that round knothole. Kids, shudder. Big mortgage, akkk. Neighbors on the other side of the wall, never. 8-5, not in this lifetime.

"Of course, in real life, if you needed to block a square hole with a round peg, you’d simply cut-off the correct length of cylindrical bar, rotate it 90 degrees and slide it sideways into the hole." ~ Nick Berry, DataGenetics

  1. I've never had too much in common with those round pegs.... :)

  2. I think in truth everyone is a square peg, life just requires most crinkle and bend. The oddest thing is those who work hard at thumbing their noses at the establishment are incredibly structured within their own environment. Goth comes to mind. Folks with body modifications.

    Thanks for stopping by!

  4. Ahhh sounds like you've had an interesting life to say the least. I like a balance of the unique and the calming. Not necessarily conventional, just not super stressful...
