The Momentous vs The Mundane

Daily Draw: Shining Tribe Tarot ~ Knower of Stones/Knight of Coins

The momentous. That great idea, the thrill of discovery, the sudden knowing, when each hair follicle contracts and stands on end. The importance of important.

The mundane. I got one of those haircuts yesterday.  Just call me moonboy.

"Even the most piddling life is of momentous consequence to its owner." ~ James Wolcott 1952-

  1. from mall bangs to moonboy - great haircut descriptors. My worst one was a Rod Stewart long after t he mullet went out of vogue even for men. Got mine done today - it has been the same now for four years. Style rut or signature style - you decide.

  3. Years ago I got a hair cut that wasn't so good. I worked in an office and one person always called me Sis. After a haircut one weekend and stylist went way too short, when I went into office he said dang, I lost my sis and got a brother. Ha. Sometime we can see, hear, or learn something that makes our hair stand on end.
