WHO Lives Here?

Daily Draw: Etruscan Tarot ~ 7 of Coins

"A man is inspecting his property" Minetti
How long has it been since you've really looked at your home and/or business? On the way to town there is a metal building which has had its gutter hanging half off for three years.  There is another with a corner of the roof gone for a couple of months. I had an eye doctor once whose entry door was down right gruddy. Staff enter in the back.

Obviously these three examples are in areas the owner never sees. One memorable task FlyLady gave us was go outside and look at our entry as if we'd never seen it before. Then take fifteen minutes to give it a facelift. A eyeopener for some of us. Well, me anyway.

  1. We just got rid of the handyman from hell. We thought we were getting a facelift, but what we got was a headache and empty pockets, lol.

  3. It is amazing what people can't see in their own homes and I am guessing I am included in that pack of 'people'

  4. we know it best being in real estate, those 30 year old bushes that once enhanced the front room window. Look at them every day, don't recognize how the place would shine with removal and replacement. It is all in curb appeal!
