Daily Draw: Tarot of the Cat People ~ Queen of Wands

Flexible and diplomatic, two important character traits. Flexible because life throws us curve balls all the time and we need to accept change with grace and courage and if possible with an open heart. If we close ourselves off, refuse to accept change (as if we had a choice) we close ourselves to much of what is also good on this earth. Flexibility helps us bend without breaking under stress and change.

Diplomacy, now there is an indispensable tool! Our differences are what makes life interesting but often we have trouble communicating clearly when our differences are important to us and part and parcel of our makeup. This is when diplomacy is worth it's weight in gold. To say what we mean with intelligence and sincerity and keep the conversation on the subject and not on the participants...anyone who has been around the web communities for awhile will recognize the word flame. If we refuse to flame and stay on subject a fascinating exchange of information occurs and we all learn there is no black and white and that there is room for everyone's opinions. Opinions are not actions, just thoughts, no harm done and if we think we know everything we're doomed already. We always have room to learn, change, grow.

"What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others." ~ Pericles 495BC-429BC

I welcome your thoughts. Good bad or indifferent; opinions are the lifeblood of conversation and I always learn something from a new point of view. Thank you for visiting, Sharyn
